Face 2 Face

Face 2 Face is a video and podcast series from Facebook Australia featuring insights from leading marketers on industry topics. Bold was tasked to source the right marketers to feature in the series, research relevant questions and subject areas for interviewer Jules Lund to ask, and consult on the shoot and in post-production to pull out the best insights. The podcast series was #1 in the iTunes Business charts.

Brands with a Pulse

Facebook asked Bold to create Brands With a Pulse, a high-end 24-page print magazine packed with exclusive features, opinions and information. We created it from scratch in under three weeks, in time for the brand’s biggest ever event in Australia. It was subsequently reprinted for Advertising Week APAC and distributed with B&T.


Adludio needed Bold to build their brand awareness from scratch, and establish them as a progressive ad tech market player. Bold identified conversations that Adludio could own, built their reputation as a subject expert, and drafted an award-winning entry. Consequently, Adludio won Best Mobile Campaign award, cementing them as the leading mobile advertiser in the SEA region.

Toby has over a decade of top-level experience in helping some of the world’s largest and most successful companies translate their ideas into great stories.

Prior to founding Bold Media, he held a number of executive level positions including Head of Corporate Affairs for News Limited’s News Digital Media where he was instrumental in bringing one of Australia’s first publisher programmatic trading desks to market.

Prior to this, Toby worked within Corporate Communications at BSkyB in London. He has over ten years’ experience as a journalist contributing to various publications both in Australia and the UK, and holds an MA in Public Relations and Communications from The University of the Arts London.
